You can check in after 12:30 pm (you can leave your luggage at the Hotel until your room is ready).

When do I have to leave the room?

The room must be left no later than 10.30 am.

Can I check in/check out at different hours?

Yes, but you have to ask for it when making your reservation; an additional charge may apply, depending on request and availability.

Does the Hotel Trastevere offer a private car park service?

No, but you can leave your car in our partner car park at discounted prices.

Is credit card required for booking/reservation?

Yes: the credit card is required to guarantee your booking/reservation.

What does it cost to cancel my booking/reservation?

A.

The booking/reservation can be canceled without any charge within 24 hours of arrival date; beyond that limit, the first night will be charged (same procedure in case of no-show).

Can I pay in cash?

Yes: you can decide to pay cash or by credit card upon check out.

Do you accept Travel cheque?

No, unfortunately we do not accept Travel cheque.

Are your rates all-inclusive?

A.

You will need to add an extra City tax fee of € 4.00 per person per day, as required by the City of Rome.

I do not own a credit card, can I make a reservation?

Yes, you can make a bank transfer for the amount of the first night.

I canceled my reservation within the time limit, but I had already paid for the 1st night: will I lose my money?

No: in such case, you will have a full refund.

Which credit card type/s do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Debit Cards and Postepay; we do not accept American Express or Diners.

No, some rooms overlook an internal courtyard.
